ABOUT US
We have both lived in Kent all our lives and in 2005 moved our little family from Mid Kent to the beautiful coastal area of East Kent. We love the open spaces, beaches and abundance of fresh air. The coastline and countryside mix gives plenty of interest and throughout the year and we regularly walk our dogs on the beaches and enjoy the many local restaurants.
Around 2005 we also stepped into the world of property and opened our first holiday let in Whitstable. Over the years the industry has transformed, with the groundbreaking launch and then dominance of AirBNB, the industry has boomed in East Kent.
When a few of our fellow professionals asked us to manage their holiday homes we realised there is a real need for local, professional, knowledgeable holiday home managers who take care of the property as if they own it. It's one thing listing on Airbnb and outsourcing the cleaning, but having 'boots on the ground' is the key to having a successful business. That's what we do.
Our love of the area, network of specialists and trades and our experience in property ensures that we can deliver a fabulous service to our clients.
As founders we are hands on with the day to day running of our business, we have a small team working with us to ensure that we can keep all the balls in the air and deal with the peaks, troughs, highs and lows of the holiday let industry.
